Shipping Policy

At Outdoor Edge Co, we know that when adventure calls, you don’t want to wait long for your gear. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship anywhere within South Africa.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount - check our homepage or promotions for current offers.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Local Pickup

If you’re nearby and prefer to collect your order, we offer free local pickup.
Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.


Delivery Delays

We work hard to deliver on time, but please allow for possible courier delays due to weather, public holidays, or high-volume periods. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
