At Outdoor Edge Co, we want you to love your gear as much as your next adventure. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note that customised, personalised, or sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, email us at info@outdooredgeco.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? No problem.
Email us at info@outdooredgeco.co.za and we’ll help you arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
